Alleo Health Named Great Place to Work® for Third Year in a Row

Great Place to Work Institute certification awarded to local not-for-profit based on feedback from over 600 associates

For the third year in a row, Great Place to Work Institute has certified Alleo Health System as a “Great Place to Work.” This certification is based on associate surveys conducted across Alleo Health’s nine companies serving 37 counties in Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina and Alabama.

Great Place to Work, an independent research and consulting firm, evaluated more than 60 elements of individuals’ experience on the job. These included associate pride in the organization’s community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling their work has special meaning. Rankings are based on associates’ experiences, no matter who they are or their role. Associates are guaranteed anonymity in their responses to the Great Place to Work survey.
